LEE AARON ROCKS ON SOLID GOLD

September 15, 2004 – Toronto, Ontario. Canadian indie label, Solid Gold Records, continues to re-issue the best of Canadian rock’n roll history with Lee Aaron's, Emotional Rain, set to hit stores on October 12, 2004.

Canada’s “Metal Queen”, Lee Aaron was at the forefront of Canadian pop culture for over a decade with multi-platinum selling albums like Body Rock and crossover singles such as "Whatcha Do To My Body". Aaron released 5 successful albums before the release of Emotional Rain in 1994, which was a favourite with both Lee Aaron and her critics.

Aaron commented, “For some it was the realization that I had actually been writing material all along. I’ve explored a lot of musical styles in the last decade but I’m really pleased to have this disc see the light of day again. I feel it’s some of my best work in the “rock” realm”.

In Emotional Rain, Aaron explores subject matter she had not had the liberty to explore in her prior records – empowerment, tragedy, abuse, spirituality, and other social themes.

Track on Emotional Rain include:

1. Odds of Love
2. Baby Go Round
3. Fire In Your Flame
4. Waterfall
5. Inside
6. Raggedy Jane
7. Soul In Motion
8. Emotional Rain
9. Judgement Day
10. Heaven
11. Cry
12. Had Enough
